Shred Den

When you sign up, this site stores your email address, the name you choose to provide, the list you joined, and when you agreed to receive updates. Shred Den is D.O.G’s signup for band news, live show announcements and merch updates. D.O.G uses your information for the updates you requested. Signup does not purchase anything or create a paid membership.

Signup notifications

After your signup is saved, your browser submits your name, email address, chosen list and submission time to FormSubmit so DOG Management Group can receive an email notification. FormSubmit also receives the connection information needed to process that request. A signup remains saved if its email notification is unavailable. About FormSubmit.

Welcome emails

When automatic welcome emails are enabled, the site shares your signup details with EmailJS and the band’s connected Gmail account to send your welcome email. The site also records the status of its email request. A successful signup can be saved even when an email cannot be sent.

Booking inquiries

When you send a booking request through this site, your name, email, venue or event, location, preferred date and message are shared with EmailJS and the band’s connected Gmail account so DOG Management Group can respond. Messages are retained in the management inbox and email provider history; this site does not maintain a separate booking database. A booking inquiry does not join Shred Den or confirm a reservation. An automatic acknowledgement may be sent to the address you provide.

Unsubscribing or requesting removal

You can ask D.O.G to remove your information by emailing thedogbandlive@gmail.com. Include the email address used to sign up so the band can identify the record. Future mailing campaigns should also include an unsubscribe link.

Past fan submissions

The fan-post submission feature has been removed. Any previously submitted names and post links remain private and are not displayed on this site. You can request their removal using the contact details above.

External media and stores

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and any linked merchandise store operate their own services and privacy practices. A Facebook video player is loaded only when you choose to watch a video. That service may receive your IP address and browser information. Purchases at an external store are handled by that store.

Site preferences and service protection

Your motion preference is saved only in your browser. The site uses short-lived hashed request identifiers to limit repeated form submissions. Subscriber records and any past fan submissions are stored in the site’s database. They are not displayed publicly by this site.
